The Appetito Egg Separator is the easiest way to separate egg white from the yolk – an essential for every kitchen.
To get double the volume when beating egg whites, add one teaspoon of cold water for each egg white.

If you happen to get a little egg yolk in your white, simply dampen a piece of cloth in cold water and touch the cloth to the yolk. The cloth will act like a magnet and draw the yolk from the white like magic.
