A Ring cake is a round cake with a hole in the center that ensures that the deep cake bakes evenly while it is in the oven.
The hole can be filled with cream, fruit or lollies or the cake can be dressed as any other cake with icing, ganache or your favourite topping.

Each piece of Bakeware is made from premium 3003 alloy and is anodized.
This anodizing process hardens and seals the surface producing an attractive, smooth and safe finish.
