The Peer Sorensen chopping/cutting boards bear their own unique grain which has been treated to preserve the soul and individuality of the wood.

- 270x180x120mm
- Apply an even coat of vegetable oil to the surface of the cutting board periodically to keep moisture barrier
- Sponge on with a rag and let dry.
- Both sides are designed to be used - turn it over periodically to allow even usage

Care instructions:
- Rinse with a wet sponge using hot water and mild dishwashing liquid and towel dry after each use
- Do not soak in water
- Not dishwasher safe
- Do not use steel brush or steel wood on the surface of the board
- Do not allow moisture of any type to stand on the board for long periods
- Remove fresh, wet meats as soon as possible
- Thoroughly clean the board after preparing raw meats.
