Roberts Baked Meringue Mix 200g
Recipe has been designed to enable the home baker to achieve a consistent, and quick result for piped and baked meringue kisses. They baked kisses have a lovely subtle flavour and they melt in the mouth without any gritty aftertaste.
Just follow the mixing and baking instructions to achieve a professional result. If using a mixer with less than 1000 watts, additional whipping time may be required. A whisk attachment is required to achieve the desired result.
The mix can also be flavoured and coloured.
You can make approximately 100 piped meringue kisses of 3 cm sizes (using various nozzles) with only 200g of our dry mix.
